Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating quality leads, and increasing market presence through strategic online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and standards
- Maintain consistency in communication and promotions across all channels
- Plan and execute offline marketing events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with event agencies and vendors for smooth execution
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Work closely with internal/external marketing teams to execute digital campaigns
- Manage social media campaigns, SEO activities, Google Ads, and online lead generation
- Marketing Calendar & Budget:
- Develop monthly marketing calendars based on business requirements
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing budgets
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with targets
- Lead Generation & Brand Visibility:
- Organize on-ground events and activities to improve customer engagement
- Generate quality leads through strategic marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing within the automobile industry
- Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools
- Ability to travel for marketing events and field activities
