Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to post-purchase support.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards of the Perks brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, Instagram, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt, professional, and personalized assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, sizing, customization, pricing, payments, shipping, exchanges, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Provide regular order updates and proactively communicate any delays or changes.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick and satisfactory resolutions.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with customization requests and communicate specific requirements to the production team.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve products and services.
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the luxury standards and brand values of Perks.
- Support sales by nurturing leads, encouraging repeat purchases, and building customer loyalty.
