What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end OTC trade coordination for high-value clients
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI and institutional customers
- Coordinate crypto and fiat deposits/withdrawals with internal teams
- Share market quotes, execute OTC orders, and ensure smooth settlements
- Work closely with compliance, operations, finance, and trading teams
- Assist clients during onboarding and platform enablement
- Ensure quick turnaround time and high-quality client support
- Monitor transactions and resolve operational issues proactively
- Maintain documentation and follow internal compliance processes
What We’re Looking For
- (3-5) years of experience in crypto, fintech, trading operations, or financial services
- Good understanding of crypto markets and trading workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high ownership
- Comfortable handling high-value clients and time-sensitive transactions
- Detail-oriented with strong operational discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience working with crypto exchanges or OTC desks
- Understanding of liquidity, settlements, and custody operations
- Familiarity with compliance and KYC workflows
- Existing network within crypto trading communities
