Job Summary
Pentium Construction is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
