1. Business & Sales:
Achieve monthly gold loan disbursement targets, Bring new customers and retain old customers, Promote other products like - Personal Loan, Business Loan, Gold buying/selling, Insurance
2. Operations Management:
Responsible for overall branch operations, Gold appraisal, purity checking, and loan approval, Ensure proper documentation (KYC) and loan file handling, Cash management and vault management
3. Team Management:
Manage branch staff - Assistant Manager, Gold Appraiser, Cashier, Sales Executive, Assign daily targets and train the staff, Motivate team to achieve branch goals
4. Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues, Ensure quick and transparent service, Build good relationship with HNI customers
5. Compliance & Audit:
Follow all RBI guidelines and company policies, Ensure 100% compliance in gold valuation and auction process, Prepare branch for internal and external audits, Maintain security and safety of gold and cash
6. Reporting:
Daily reporting to Regional/Area Manager
Maintain branch P&L and control expenses
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
