Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, preparing, and delivering sales training programs.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales team members.
- Support product knowledge, sales process, and customer service training.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Help create training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and documentation.
- Work closely with sales managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Track training outcomes and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Support role-plays, coaching sessions, and sales workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, training, learning & development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
