Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Team at SecPod. This role is focused on designing, developing, and delivering integrations and solution workflows that help customers maximize the value of the Saner CVEM platform.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with Product Engineering, Pre-sales, Customer Success, and strategic customers to design scalable and reliable integrations with ITSM, SIEM and other enterprise platforms. You will also play a key role in solution strategy, architecture discussions, troubleshooting complex customer environments, and leading a small team of engineers to successfully deliver integration and automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, deep understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integrations, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to translate customer requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Engineering & Integrations

Design, develop, and support integrations between the Saner CVEM platform and enterprise tools such as ITSM, SIEM and SOAR platforms

Build scalable integration workflows using REST APIs, webhooks, scripting, and automation frameworks

Translate customer and partner requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, and technical workflows

Work on custom solution development, API-based integrations, reporting automation, and workflow orchestration

Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to enhance APIs, integration capabilities, and extensibility of the platform

Drive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex customer deployment and integration issues
Technical Leadership & Delivery

Lead and mentor a small team of Solutions Engineers

Drive solution architecture discussions and implementation best practices

Review technical designs, code quality, and integration approaches

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely delivery of solutions

Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions, and architecture reviews
Customer & Partner Enablement

Support strategic customers and alliance partners during onboarding and implementation phases

Provide technical guidance and best practices for deployment, integration, and automation

Create technical documentation, integration guides, API usage examples, and solution blueprints

Work closely with Pre-sales and Customer Success teams during solution discussions and escalations
Qualifications
Experience
-
3-5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, or Integration Engineering

Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST APIs and Web services

Experience working with ITSM(FreshService/ServiceNow), SIEM, SOAR, or enterprise workflow platforms is strongly preferred

Strong hands-on development experience in building scalable integration and automation solutions

Experience working with SaaS-based enterprise products and customer-facing technical roles
Technical Skills
-
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting/programming languages. JavaScript is preferred.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and API integration methodologies.

Strong knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and MariaDB is required for integration development.

Experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting API-based integrations

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Good understanding of Linux and Windows environments

Exposure to cybersecurity domains such as Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Endpoint Management, or Cloud Security is a plus
