This role is responsible for leading the delivery of strategic projects across the Global Marketing function. The Project Manager ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role drives progress across a broad portfolio of initiatives and requires strong stakeholder engagement, effective governance, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across geographies.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing projects, including marketing workstream integrations linked to mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage M&A integration activity across marketing and communications, covering rebranding, internal communications, and digital asset alignment, in close collaboration with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams.
- Design, implement, and embed processes and governance frameworks to support the effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, timelines, and budgets, adjusting as requirements and priorities evolve.
- Chair project meetings, track actions, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
- Monitor, report, and provide insight on project performance, delivery status, risks, and milestone adherence.
- Engage with stakeholders across global teams to ensure alignment, buy-in, and successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement by refining project delivery approaches, methodologies, and controls.

Proven experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in marketing, communications, and business development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.

- Experience in M&A integration and global project delivery.
