Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT services and software product sales. You will play a critical role in lead generation, client acquisition, and business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
- New Business Acquisition: Pitch IT services and solutions to prospective clients and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote in-house products (like PaisaPravaah) to relevant markets and customer segments.
- Client Communication: Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to communicate company capabilities effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals, quotes, and business pitches.
- Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the software/IT services sector.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing new business deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product-market fit.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East).
- Experience in promoting or selling software products.
