Job Overview
- Role: Assistant Montessori Teacher (Primary Environment)
- Target Age Group: 3 to 6 years old
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Management: Assist the Lead Montessori Guide in maintaining a calm, orderly, and beautifully prepared environment that inspires focus.
- Child Support: Guide children gently through Montessori materials, focusing heavily on Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, and Mathematics exercises.
- Observation & Documentation: Assist in tracking individual child progress, maintaining developmental checklists, and sharing insights with the lead guide.
- Safety & Well-being: Ensure the physical, emotional, and social safety of all children. Help young learners manage daily transitions, meals, and hygiene routines.
- Material Care: Help create, organize, and maintain specialized learning materials, ensuring they remain clean, complete, and attractive to the children.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender Restriction: This specific position is open exclusively to fluent English spoken applicants.
- Educational Background: Graduate degree in any stream. A valid certification in, Early Childhood Care and Education, or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is highly advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, a calm speaking voice, and a deep respect for a child's natural pace of development.
- Communication: Fluency in spoken and written English is essential to communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or Montessori setup is preferred, but passionate freshers with relevant training are welcome to apply.
