About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for M.Com graduates or CA Inter candidates who have a strong foundation in accounting and are eager to build a long-term career in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Prepare working papers and financial reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams via email.
- Learn and work with cloud accounting software and internal processes.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Required Qualifications
- M.Com or CA Inter (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to continuously improve.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
