About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Finance Manager who can independently manage financial operations and support leadership in strategic decision-making. This role requires ownership, accuracy, and the ability to handle financial responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in financial data and timely reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
- Good understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience handling audits and statutory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years in Finance / Accounting roles
