Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Officers to promote our loan products and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Explain loan products and financial solutions to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Coordinate with processing teams for loan approvals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an added advantage.
