We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will handle daily administrative tasks, manage documentation, and assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth work environment.
Job Details
- Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Experience: Prior experience as an office assistant or in an administrative role is a bonus, but freshers are also highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administrative tasks, organizing documents, and handling paperwork.
- Draft, format, and prepare official documents, letters, and emails.
- Maintain and update digital records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating office meetings.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting as requested by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent command of both spoken and written English is required.
- Education: Minimum of a High School diploma / Graduate in any stream.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently under the 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule.
- Professional attitude and polite demeanor.
