Qualification: MSW – HR, MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience: 4 – 7 Years for Manufacturing / Engineering Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Administration
* Manage end-to-end HR functions at the plant including attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and personnel records.
* Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures in line with corporate HR.
* Handle manpower planning, recruitment, on boarding, and exit formalities for plant employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
* Maintain a healthy work environment and promote employee engagement activities.
* Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and resolve conflicts.
* Conduct employee welfare programs and communication meetings.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Relations
* Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
* Liaise with government authorities and handle inspections/audits.
* Maintain harmonious industrial relations and manage contract labour effectively.
4. Training & Development
* Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and soft skill training programs.
* Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. Performance & Appraisal
* Support plant management in implementing performance management systems.
* Monitor employee performance and support annual appraisal processes.
6. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
* Coordinate with the safety team to ensure compliance with safety norms.
* Promote safety awareness and participate in safety audits and committee meetings.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Hands-on experience with HRIS / payroll systems.
· Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
· Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.requirements.
