Job Summary
Vinayak Jewels (India) Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plating Manager to lead and manage the jewellery plating department. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in jewellery plating processes, team management, quality control, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the plating department.
- Ensure high-quality Gold, Rhodium, Silver, and other plating finishes.
- Monitor plating chemicals, bath maintenance, and process parameters.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring superior quality standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise the plating team.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of plating equipment and machinery.
- Implement safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Reduce rejection rates and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the Jewellery Plating Department.
- Previous experience as a Plating Manager or Senior Plating Supervisor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electroplating techniques and chemical processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle production planning and quality control effectively.
