Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Monitor daily inquiries, test drives, and bookings.
Support team members in closing sales. Train and guide sales executives.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management. Requirements Graduate in any discipline.
5-8 years of automobile sales experience, with team handling experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills. Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Salary: Best in the industry.
Pay: ₹20,469.45 - ₹35,118.71 per month
