Job Summary:
1. Create, edit, and assemble AI-based footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand standards and project objectives
2. Support the end-to-end production process, including organizing media, syncing audio, and managing project files for timely delivery
3. Apply pacing, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance narrative flow and viewer retention across digital platforms
4. Ensure all video outputs follow brand style guides, color palettes, and tone of voice to maintain consistency
5. Export and optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) for maximum quality and performance
6. Incorporate feedback from senior editors and stakeholders through revision cycles to refine final outputs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transform ideas from script to screen as part of the creative engine
2. Convert raw footage, concepts, and AI-generated elements into high-impact brand videos, product showcases, social media content (Reels/Shorts), and marketing campaigns
3. Use AI video tools like Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, and others to generate and enhance visual content
4. Lead the entire post-production process from rough cut to final delivery
5. Innovate with new editing styles and visual approaches to elevate brand storytelling
6. Combine pacing, storytelling, visuals, and audio for engaging viewer experiences
7. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams for multi-channel campaigns
8. Stay updated with trends in editing, AI video tools, motion graphics, color grading, and digital culture
Skills Required – Adobe Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci, Resolve, Final Cut Pro
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
