Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing patients through outbound calls.
- Educate patients about the clinic’s services, treatment options, wellness packages, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations and appointments.
- Follow up with potential patients to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and lead records in the database.
- Coordinate with doctors, patient counselors, and the front-office team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and patient care.
- Meet monthly targets for appointments, patient conversions, and revenue generation.
- Respond to patient inquiries professionally, providing clear and accurate information.
- Conduct post-consultation and post-treatment follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and encourage continued engagement.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calling activities, lead status, and sales performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
