Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and support business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Record call details and update customer information in the system.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Meet daily call targets and contribute to sales/service goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
