Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver interactive and age-appropriate sessions focused on STEM activities, brain development games, and early reading strategies.
Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote fine and gross motor skills, logical thinking, memory, and problem-solving.
Assess individual child development and customize activities to support cognitive and emotional growth.
Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
Communicate with parents regularly to provide feedback and progress updates.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to innovate and improve the program.
Keep records of child progress and maintain documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children aged 2–8 years (preferably in a developmental or educational setting).
Passionate about child development with knowledge of STEM concepts, Montessori methods, or experiential learning.
Familiarity with tools and techniques for developing cognition, reading readiness, sensory and motor skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Certification in Brain Gym, Jolly Phonics, Play Therapy, or similar programs.
Experience with special needs or neurodivergent children.
Proficiency in child-friendly technology or educational apps.
Knowledge of current research in child development and learning sciences.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,837.88 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
