We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, operation theaters, wards, and common areas.
- Dispose of medical and general waste safely and as per hospital standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, furniture, and medical equipment (non-technical).
- Replenish supplies such as handwash, sanitizers, tissues, and linens.
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist with moving furniture, beds, and equipment when required.
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure.
- Physically fit and attentive to detail.
