Key Responsibilities:
Paid Marketing Management:
· Manage and track paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
· Set targets, budgets, and performance benchmarks
· Regularly review campaign results and ensure goals such as CPL, CPA, COA, and lead quality are met
Funnel Monitoring & Improvement:
· Track the complete customer journey from lead generation to conversion
· Identify gaps or drop-offs in the funnel and work with teams to fix them
· Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
Creative & Marketing Collateral Coordination:
· Work closely with design and content teams to plan and review ad creatives, videos, banners, landing pages, and other marketing materials
· Share clear feedback based on performance data to improve creatives
· Ensure all marketing materials match brand guidelines
Social Media Oversight:
· Oversee paid and organic social media activities for UAE-focused accounts
· Ensure social media efforts support performance marketing goals
· Track engagement and contribution to leads and conversions
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
· Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and performance
· Act as the main point of contact for marketing coordination
Key Skills & Requirements:
· Minimum 3-4 years experience in Marketing
· Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
· Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Ability to analyze data and take action
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
