We are hiring a Sales Manager for our NBFC division, specializing in Gold Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting secured loan products.
The role involves field sales, where the executive will meet customers, explain loan features, evaluate requirements, and assist them in the loan application process. The candidate will also handle customer documentation, including KYC and property-related papers, and coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursal.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Experience in gold loan, LAP, or BFSI sector will be preferred.
