We operate on a strict, system-driven Rulebook. We are looking for a fast and smart System Administrator cum Accountant to act as the "Control Center" of our daily operations.

Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Control: Flawless daily data entry in TallyPrime (Sales invoices, Purchase vouchers, Bank entries, JV). Note: Advanced taxation, GST, and IT returns are handled by our Financial Controller. We need you for daily accuracy and speed.
- Rapid Quotations: Use Excel to calculate margins and dispatch massive corporate quotations and generate POs in under 15 minutes.
- Aggressive Procurement: Negotiate ruthlessly with CCTV and IT dealers across Ahmedabad to secure the lowest possible purchase rates.
- Field Enforcement: Track our field technicians and strictly enforce the "5:00 PM Material Cutoff" rule with zero emotional exceptions and schedule service tickets.
- Payment Collection: Relentlessly follow up on pending client invoices to protect company cash flow.

- Smart and Confident Office Admin cum Accountant who is
- Fast in TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel (Formulas & Formatting).
- Can handle office work fast
- Highly assertive—not afraid to tell a Senior Technician "No" if they break company rules.
- Lives within a 45-minute commute to our office.
- Note: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a live Tally and Excel speed test during the interview.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
