Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing Solar Energy Company. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and finance expertise, experience in statutory compliance, and proficiency in Zoho Books or the Zoho Finance Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure timely tax filing and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Generate MIS reports and support financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities when required.
- Utilize Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite for day-to-day financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
