Core Duties
- Talk with clients: Greet drivers, listen to car trouble, and explain repair steps.
- Check damage: Inspect broken car parts and write clear repair cost lists.
- Handle insurance: Process insurance claims and talk with adjusters.
- Track repair work: Check in with shop mechanics to make sure fixes stay on schedule.
- Bill and deliver: Make final bills and give the clean car back to the client.
Key Skills
- Good talker: Speak clearly and kindly with people.
- Car knowledge: Know basic car body parts and fix methods.
- Paper and PC skills: Know how to use work software and handle claim files.
- Problem solver: Calmly fix client complaints or delays.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
