Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
* Specialize in Indian cuisine preparation and menu execution.
* Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.
* Supervise kitchen staff and maintain kitchen discipline.
* Monitor food hygiene and safety standards.
* Assist in menu development and food costing.
* Handle inventory control and kitchen operations during service.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
