Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support daily office operations and documentation work. The candidate will be responsible for generating Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, Quotations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices, and Quotations.
- Maintain records and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
- Handle basic back-office and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
Salary
- Negotiable based on experience and skills.
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
