Key Responsibilities
- Post-Production Assistance: Trim, arrange, and edit raw footage into cohesive, high-quality video content.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor and resize videos for different aspect ratios and platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
- Asset Management: Organize and manage video files, project assets, and footage libraries to maintain a streamlined workflow.
- Audio & Visual Enhancements: Add background music, sound effects (SFX), transitions, subtitles, and color grading.
- Creative Collaboration: Work alongside senior editors and the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and execute visual concepts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creative Eye: A solid grasp of pacing, visual storytelling, and platform-specific content hooks.
- Trend Awareness: Familiarity with current pop culture, memes, and social media trends.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field. [1, 2, 3]
