About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with salon owners, understanding their business needs, and promoting Lokaci Pro, our CRM software designed specifically for the salon industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to salon owners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Explain the features and benefits of Lokaci Pro CRM.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development or Software/SaaS Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
