Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate – Sales & Retention to support customers, drive inbound sales opportunities, and improve customer retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience handling both support and sales interactions.
Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot account, installation, download, and licensing issues
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, plans, or upgrades
- Execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve sales conversion and revenue targets
Customer Retention
- Engage with customers considering cancellation
- Demonstrate product value and recommend suitable solutions
- Improve customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention metrics
Product Consultation
- Educate customers on product features, workflows, and licensing options
- Conduct solution-focused product demonstrations
- Support customers in maximizing product utilization
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, Retention, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer handling and objection management abilities
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, software subscriptions, and licensing models
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting software or technology products
- Knowledge of customer success and retention strategies
- Familiarity with creative software, AI-powered tools, or digital platforms
