URGENT HIRING | PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – AGROCHEMICAL FORMULATION PLANT
GEEKEN CHEMICALS INDIA LIMITED is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with strong hands-on experience specifically in Agrochemical / Crop Protection / Pesticides Formulation Plant operations.
IMPORTANT: Only candidates with relevant Agrochemical Formulation industry experience will be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day production activities in the Agrochemical Formulation Plant.
Plan and execute production schedules as per production targets and dispatch requirements.
Supervise formulation processes and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials and equipment.
Hands-on experience in Agrochemical formulations such as EC, SC, SL, WP, WG, WDG, etc. will be preferred.
Monitor production processes to achieve required quality, productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate with QC/QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement and Production Planning teams.
Monitor raw material availability and ensure smooth production without unnecessary downtime.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, process deviations and operational issues.
Maintain production records, batch documents, daily production reports and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, quality standards and plant requirements.
Minimize production losses, wastage, downtime and material consumption.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe handling of agrochemical raw materials and formulations.
Support implementation of process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Train and supervise production operators and ensure effective manpower utilization.
Prepare and report daily/weekly production performance and productivity data to management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
✅ 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Agrochemical / Crop Protection / Pesticides industry
✅ Mandatory experience in Agrochemical Formulation Plant production
✅ Experience as Production Supervisor / Senior Production Supervisor / Production Executive preferred
✅ Practical knowledge of formulation processes, batch manufacturing and production operations
✅ Good understanding of production planning, manpower handling and material management
✅ Knowledge of SOPs, safety, quality and production documentation
✅ Strong troubleshooting, coordination and team-management skills
✅ Candidates from Agrochemical Formulation Plants will be given preference
