Skytime Tours and Expeditions is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to manage and lead our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the travel and tourism industry, excellent team management skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team effectively.
- Drive sales, revenue, and overall business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and suppliers.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel packages.
- Monitor branch performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage bookings, operations, and customer requirements efficiently.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the branch and the management team.
- Prepare and monitor sales and operational reports.
- Resolve customer and operational issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a Travel Operations role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, packages, ticketing, and tourism operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage branch operations efficiently.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
