Gearlinc Systems is a leading gearbox manufacturing company. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter for our production unit in Moraiya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preventive and breakdown maintenance of gearboxes and manufacturing machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on gearboxes, motors, and manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Handle assembly, disassembly, and components fitting of various types of gearboxes.
- Replace worn-out parts such as bearings, shafts, gears, and couplings, and ensure proper alignment.
- Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
- Adhere strictly to the company's safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: ITI in Fitter trade is mandatory.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a maintenance fitter.
- Sound knowledge of reading mechanical drawings and using measuring tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
