We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SaaS Offshore Business Development Executive to support the growth of our software products and services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, and creating business opportunities for our SaaS solutions through strategic outreach and relationship-building activities.
The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand customer challenges and position SaaS solutions that address their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Research and identify prospective customers, key decision-makers, and business opportunities
✔ Generate qualified B2B leads for SaaS products and related IT service offerings through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities
✔ Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their business requirements and qualify sales opportunities
✔ Present the value proposition of SaaS solutions and schedule meetings, discovery calls, and product demonstrations for the sales team
✔ Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and support revenue-generation initiatives
✔ Execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth
✔ Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems
✔ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support business development activities
✔ Follow up and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion opportunities
✔ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the SaaS market
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong business development, lead generation, and customer engagement abilities
✔ Experience in SaaS Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or IT Services Sales
✔ Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based products, and customer acquisition processes
✔ Ability to build relationships with prospects and key stakeholders
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalent)
✔ Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
✔ Strong research, prospecting, and analytical skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and online business research tools
Preferred Qualifications
✔ 1–2 years of experience in SaaS Business Development, Software Product Sales, or IT Services Sales
✔ Experience engaging with international customers and global markets
✔ Experience working with customers in APAC markets will be an added advantage
✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and other prospecting tools
