Job Title: Founder’s Office Executive

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Assist the Founder in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documents.
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct basic market research and data analysis as required.
- Manage confidential information and maintain professional communication.
- Support in vendor coordination, client communication, and project tracking.
- Maintain records, files, and operational documents.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations and reporting.
**Experience:**
- 1–4 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, Management Trainee, or Founder’s Office role preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills may also apply
