About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to work on Industrial, Commercial, Residential, and Institutional projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, be capable of handling projects from concept to execution, and effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop planning layouts, working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Prepare presentation drawings, design documentation, and project submissions.
- Coordinate with Engineers and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
- Collaborate with senior architects and support junior team members when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3–5 years of experience in an architectural consultancy or design firm.
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, Residential, or Institutional projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning, working drawings, detailing, and execution support.
- Understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and construction practices.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar visualization software
- Familiarity with MS Office and presentation tools
