Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven B2B Sales Executive to build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in institutional sales, business development, and client relationship management, with the ability to introduce and position environmental programs as valuable engagement and branding initiatives.
The candidate should also have a basic understanding of horticulture, plantation activities, and sustainability concepts to effectively communicate My Tree Enviros offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, and businesses.
- Generate leads and drive sales for environmental programs, plantation drives, eco-club initiatives, green campus activities, and sustainability engagement programs.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with institutional management teams and business leaders.
- Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and recurring engagement programs.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of institutional and business clients in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Represent My Tree Enviros at educational events, business networking forums, exhibitions, and community programs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership plans tailored to client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or business development.
- Proven experience working with schools, colleges, educational institutions, or businesses.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of horticulture, plantation activities, or environmental sustainability concepts.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and institutional stakeholders.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple client accounts.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network with educational institutions or business communities in Hyderabad.
- Experience in environmental services, educational programs, events, or community engagement initiatives.
- Passion for sustainability, nature, and environmental awareness.
