Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates during the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is mandatory
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a professional and target-oriented environment
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
