We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients globally, and bringing in high-value projects that support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Identify and connect with potential clients in both domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Present company services, products, and solutions to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations when required.
- Work towards closing high-value or profitable projects.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines and lead data using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and onboarding.

- CRM Tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce

- Email Outreach Tools: Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Experience with SaaS or software services sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct product demos and solution presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling AI, automation, or cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
