We are seeking a skilled and proactive Machine Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine availability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery to ensure maximum equipment availability.
· Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to minimize production downtime.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from Production, Quality, and other internal departments.
· Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to achieve operational and manufacturing objectives.
· Support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and maintain key maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.
· Assist in deploying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
· Conduct routine inspections and ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient condition.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality procedures.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
