Full Job Description – Graphic Design Associate
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Associate to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling graphics for both digital and print media. Key Responsibilities
- Design creative visuals for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop brand assets, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging graphics for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Design logos, brand identity elements, and marketing collateral as required.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print production.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and emerging technologies.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
- Perform other creative and design-related responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or creative services (Freshers with an impressive portfolio may also apply).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Canva and other online design platforms.
- Figma or Adobe XD for basic UI design.
- Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Motion graphics and simple animation.
- AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT for creative workflows.
- Photo retouching and image manipulation.
- Branding and corporate identity design.
- Print production knowledge.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
