Job Title: Technical Reviewer – ISO Standards
Location : Pune
Experience Required: 3–4 years (Industrial Experience)
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical/ENT or relevant discipline)
Job Role / Responsibilities:
- Review technical documentation, audit reports, and compliance records related to ISO standards.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
- Evaluate and verify implementation of management systems in line with defined standards.
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal and external audits through documentation review and validation.
- Stay updated with changes in ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Certified Lead Auditor for the above-mentioned ISO standards.
- Knowledge of mandatory legal and regulatory requirements related to these standards (preferred).
- Good analytical and documentation review skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on industrial experience in quality, environment, or safety management systems.
- Experience in auditing, compliance review, or certification processes is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical and regulatory documents.
