Job Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role oversees multi-channel digital campaigns, analyzes performance metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Create and oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
- Lead social media marketing efforts across all major platforms.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Design and implement lead generation and conversion optimization campaigns.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Mentor and support junior digital marketing team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree or digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
