Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Admission Counselor to guide and convert prospective students and parents for our 11th & 12th Science (NEET, JEE, CET) and Commerce (CA Foundation) programs. The counselor will be the first point of contact and must effectively communicate the value and structure of our academic offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about the various courses (NEET, JEE, CET, CA Foundation) and career paths in Science and Commerce.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and leads generated via marketing campaigns.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
- Maintain follow-up with interested students/parents until final admission.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission data using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of admitted students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
