Position: Tamil Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain tourism packages, tour plans, and travel services.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Communicate with Tamil-speaking customers professionally and clearly.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer details, enquiry status, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the operations/team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, travel, tourism, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.

- Friendly and confident while speaking with customers.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Patient and able to handle customer questions professionally.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced tourism environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
