EXPERIENCE IN POULTRY FARM WILL BE CONSIDER
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
1. Maintenance Operations
- Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities across the breeder farm.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of poultry house equipment, ventilation systems, feeding systems, water systems, electrical installations, generators, pumps, and other utilities.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
Team Management
- Bring and maintain a team of five (5) qualified maintenance personnel consisting of electricians, mechanics, technicians, or other skilled workers as required.
- Directly supervise, train, and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.67 - ₹60,000.74 per month
