Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to oversee sales performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team management. The ideal candidate will coordinate between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth business processes, achieve revenue targets, and improve overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and operational processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales and operations teams.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and customer service departments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
