Job ResponsibilitiesClinical (OPD) Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during OPD consultations and medical procedures.
- Record patients' vital signs, medical history, and maintain nursing records.
- Administer medications, injections, dressings, nebulization, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
- Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Assist in emergency situations within the clinic.
Homecare Services Coordination
- Coordinate and manage home healthcare services, including:
- General Duty Assistants (GDA)
- Patient Care Attendants
- Home Nursing Services
- Physiotherapy Appointments
- Medical Equipment Coordination
- Doctor Home Visits
- Schedule and assign nursing and caregiver duties.
- Maintain duty rosters and deployment records.
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding homecare requirements.
- Monitor service quality and ensure timely execution of assigned homecare services.
Reception & Front Desk Responsibilities
- Attend patient inquiries in person and over phone/WhatsApp.
- Register patients and maintain OPD appointments.
- Coordinate doctor schedules and appointment bookings.
- Handle billing, receipts, and patient records as required.
- Maintain daily OPD registers and documentation.
- Provide excellent patient support and customer service.
Clinic Operations
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations.
- Ensure adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and medical supplies.
- Coordinate with laboratories, pharmacies, and diagnostic partners.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the clinic.
- Prepare daily reports regarding patient visits, homecare services, and inventory.
Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Registration (where applicable).
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in OPD, hospital, or home healthcare will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good clinical and nursing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and patient record management).
- Professional attitude with empathy and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary / Stipend
- Stipend/Salary will vary depending upon the duties assigned, experience, qualifications, and responsibilities handled.
- Additional incentives may be offered based on performance, homecare coordination, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Working Hours
As per clinic operational requirements and assigned duty roster.
